Shipping or Pick Up Information

We can arrange for you to Pick-Up an order in Camrose, Alberta at a time and location that works for both of us.  .

For shipping within Canada - we ship via Canada Post and the cost is $30.00 anywhere in Canada. 

 

Product Warranties and Returns

Please inspect all items for defects or damages.  If there are any problems with your delivery, whether an item is damaged, flawed or missing, please e-mail our customer service department right away.  If we agree that a product is damaged or flawed, we will pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.   

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If you have any issues at all, please email our customer service within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we can determine the best resolution as quickly as possible. 

We gladly accept returns for a credit or exchange.  We do not offer refunds. 

Items must be in re-sellable condition to be determined by us.  Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item.  Please ship with a tracking number and insurance to ensure that we receive the shipment.  Once we receive your returned purchase, a credit note will be issued within 3 business days.
